Richcreek Therapy is a therapeutic massage practice dealing with chronic and reoccurring pain issues as well as addressing postural challenges. I draw from several different massage techniques in each session to assist my clients in recovering from chronic pain quickly. I get to the core of your discomfort right away so you can begin healing.

I am trained in Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular, Soft Tissue, Reiki, Raindrop, and Hot Stone Therapies. Neuromuscular, and Deep Tissue massage therapies address issues such as chronic back pain, headaches, tendonitis, shin splints, carpal tunnel syndrome, and symptoms of sciatica. I am one of the few therapists that actively use a device called Therastim – a neuromuscular stimulator that introduces electrical signals to the body through conductive electrode pads to provide therapeutic treatment for a variety of conditions.

I work with my clients and provide them with education and post-massage instruction including exercise, stretching, and nutritional information. Ultimately, we work together towards the reduction of chronic pain. Additional benefits are increased energy, improved circulation, and increased flexibility resulting in improved mobility.
